वार्षिक साधारण सभा

एम्नेस्टी इन्टरनेसनल नेपालको बत्तिसौँ साधारण सभा मिति २०८० साल मंसिर १५ र १६ गतेआयोजना हुने भएको छ ।

एम्नेस्टी नेपालको विधान र साधारण सभासम्बन्धी नियमावलीले एम्नेस्टी नेपालको साधारण सभा हुनुभन्दा दुई महिना अघि नै प्रत्येक समूह र युथनेटवर्कहरूले आफूलाई वैधानिक हैसियतमा राखेको हुनुपर्ने अर्थात दुई महिना अघि नै प्रत्येक समूह र युथनेटवर्कमा न्यूनतम ५० सदस्य कायम हुनुपर्ने र साधारण सभा गरिसकेको हुनुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको छ। यसको अर्थ बत्तिसौँ साधारण सभामा सहभागिताका लागि समूह र युथ नेटवर्कहरूको योग्यता वा अयोग्यता निर्धारणका लागि २०८० असोज १५ गते (२०२३ अक्टुबर २) नै अन्तिम मिति हुनेछ।

समर्थक सदस्यहरूको सहभागिता

समूह, निर्माणाधीन समूह र युथनेटवर्कहरूमा आबद्ध नभई इन्डिभिजुअल वा समर्थक सदस्यका रूपमा रहेका सम्पूर्ण सदस्यहरूको समूहले साधारण सभामा आफ्नो प्रतिनिधित्वका लागि कम्तिमा एकजना महिलासमेत गरी दुई जना प्रतिनिधिलाई प्रजातान्त्रिक विधिबाट चयन गर्नेछन्। प्रतिनिधि चयनसम्बन्धी प्रकृयाको जानकारी सबै समर्थक सदस्यहरूलाई इमेलमार्फत गराइनेछ।

वैधानिक समूह र युथ नेटवर्कहरूले साधारण सभामा छलफलका लागि प्रस्ताव बुझाउने अन्तिम मिति २०८० कार्तिक २४।
वैधानिक समूह र युथ नेटवर्कहरूले मिति २०८० कार्तिक ३० भित्र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुने प्रतिनिधिहरूको नाम पठाइसकेको हुनुपर्नेछ। साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन योग्य सबै समूह र युथ नेटवर्कहरूले कम्तिमा एकजना महिलासहित दुई जना प्रतिनिधि पठाउनुपर्नेछ।
वैधानिक निर्माणाधीन समूहहरूले मिति २०८० कार्तिक ३० भित्र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुने पर्यवेक्षकहरूको नाम पठाइसकेको हुनुपर्नेछ। साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन योग्य सबै निर्माणाधीन समूहहरूले कम्तिमा एकजना महिलासहित दुई जना पर्यवेक्षक पठाउनुपर्नेछ।

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Amnesty International Nepal’s 32^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place on 1 and 2 December 2023.

Representation

AI Nepal’s Statute and AGM by-law provides that Groups and Youth Networks will have to be in good standing i.e. they need to have at a minimum 50 members and should have accomplished their annual general meetings in advance of two months from the date of the AGM of AI Nepal. This will mean that 2 October 2023 is the deadline or the date of record by which the status of all groups and youth networks will be counted for their qualification or disqualification to be part of the 32^nd AGM.

Participation of Supporter Members

The constituency of AI Nepal’s supporter/individual members (those not part of the Groups and Youth Networks) will democratically select two delegates (of which at least one is female) to represent them in the AGM. The process for this selection will be communicated to all the supporter members via email.

Key dates

Valid Groups and Youth Networks will have to submit their resolution, if any, by 10 November 2023.
The valid Groups and Youth Networks will have to send in the names of their delegates by 16 November 2023. All eligible Groups and Youth Networks will send two delegates of which at least one should be a female.
The valid Groups-in-Formation will have to send in the names of their observers by 16 November 2023. All eligible Groups-in-Formation will send two observers of which at least one should be a female.
