Amnesty Nepal organised the second phase of the campaigns skills development workshop in Gaindakot on 4 and 5 July. Over 50 participants from different groups and youth networks participated in the one-and-a-half-day programme. Sessions included conceptual understanding of human rights, women’s rights, youth activism and leadership, campaigns methodologies and human rights education.
The activists also took part in a photo stunt at the bank of Narayani river as part of the campaign against the end of the 43 year old moratorium of the death penalty in Sri Lanka.
