Amnesty International (AI) Nepal organised a press conference on 12 September 2016 in Pokhara aiming to publicise its financial detail of fiscal year 2072/73.
On the occasion, newly elected Chairperson Rajan Kuikel, General Secretary Lekhnath (Laxmi) Niraula and Director Rameshwar Nepal provided details about sources of income and expenditures, and AI Nepal’s practice towards maintaining financial transparencies. Various reports including AI Nepal’s Annual Activity, Financial and Auditors Reports were distributed to the journalists.
AI Nepal has established practice of publicising its financial report every year by organising press conference as part of its transparency and social audit.
