The National Secretariat is the implementing body of Amnesty Nepal. The secretariat implements the decision taken at the AGM as well as decisions and directives from the NB. The NS is responsible for carrying out activities as suggested by different national and international structures of the amnesty movement. More specifically, it coordinates with the International Secretariat, Regional Offices and different sections and structures of Amnesty around the globe. The NB in consultation with the International Secretariat of Amnesty International appoints a Director of Amnesty Nepal who takes charge as the head of the National Secretariat.
