Notice & Scope of Enlistment

Amnesty International Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered firms / companies / service providers for enlistment as vendors for the supply and delivery of goods and provision of services in the following categories for the year 2027 and 2028.

 Design, customization and printing of T-shirts, backpacks, tote bags, caps and other apparel/textile products

 Security guarding services for office premises
Required documents
  • Copy of Business / Company Registration Certificate
  • Copy of PAN / VAT Registration Certificate
  • Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Business / Company Profile (type it into the form or attach a document)
  • Duly completed Vendor Registration Form (this online form)
Please note: One application covers one category. A firm that supplies under more than one category should submit a separate application for each. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Amnesty International Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially, any or all applications / documents without assigning any reason whatsoever. Enlistment does not guarantee award of any contract, purchase order, or minimum volume of business.
